
These burgers are a great alternative to traditional beef burgers. They're packed with protein and fiber, and they're very affordable.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
